The company Idea Grandis UAB, Company Reg. No. 304214086, with a registered trademark MOHA, stores and processes personal data of its customers to ensure smooth delivery of high standard services. The company uses the customer data limited to purpose and extent of service required. This data is requested when filling in the online form or when ordering the services at our place of operation. We will only collect, process and store your personal data for the purposes and in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. 

Personal Information We Handle

The personal data that you fill out into the contact form will only be used for service provision purposes and only to the extent set forth herein. Contact details like phone number, Email address, first name and surname are necessary for contacting the client and are collected only for this specific purpose. The laws of the Republic of Lithuania require provision of certain personal data on the invoice, the latter details are entered on the grounds of the information provided by the client. When delivering data transfer or data recovery from a portable hard drive service, the technicians always request a written prior consent to perform such actions.

Data Recipients

We do not disclose any personal information about you to third parties, except when it is required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or the client fails to fulfil his financial obligations. Customer data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Civil Code and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data. 

Retention Period

Having issued an invoice for the services provided, the Machine Operator Agency must keep them for 10 years from the date of issue. Other data collected online can be stored indefinitely depending on its nature.

You can request access to the personal data we have about you and information about how the data has been processed and get a copy of your data. The data may be provided free of charge once per calendar year, but in other cases data may be subject to a fee which shall not exceed the cost data provision.

You are entitled to have MOHA correct any inaccuracies in your personal data free of charge. In addition, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to personal data disclosure to third parties, except to the extent that this is required for the provision of the services specified on the website.

We do not automatically record any data or visit statistics when you visit our website Only the information you provide by filling in the contact form shall be processed by us.
